- A macro language consisting of two languages spoken by the Aymara people of the Andes. It is a Native American language with over a million speakers.
- A native ethnic group in the Andes and Altiplano regions of South America; about 1.6 million live in Bolivia, Peru, Northern Chile, and Northwestern Argentina (in particular in Salta Province).
